Project Details
This project consolidates critical operational data into a unified Power BI suite, offering a 360-degree view of manufacturing performance. By integrating data from various stages of the production and delivery lifecycle, the suite empowers managers and stakeholders to monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and optimize processes from the factory floor to the final delivery.
The suite is comprised of four specialized dashboards:
1. Plant Material Usage: Tracks raw material, foil, and packaging consumption against planned targets, providing deep insights into daily and line-specific wastage to improve material efficiency.
2. Panel Deliveries: Monitors logistics performance with KPIs like average weight per delivery and delivery volume, using moving averages to track trends and ensure operational targets are met.
3. Plant Operations (DDS): Provides a high-level view of production effectiveness by tracking Performance Rate (PR), Downtime (PDT/UPDT), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), with Pareto analysis to pinpoint the root causes of stops.
4. Machine Cleaning & CIL: Focuses on preventative maintenance by monitoring Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication (CIL) compliance, tracking completion rates by line and day to ensure operational standards are upheld.
